Why EXITOLOGY Escape ROOM?

What do I need to know?

  • All participants should arrive 15 minutes early to park and get ready for the game.

  • Double-check your booking date and start time.

  • No food or drinks allowed inside of escape rooms.

  • No smoking or alcohol is allowed.

Is there an age limit?

  • While there is no restriction on age, the puzzles may be too demanding for those under 10. There must be at least one adult in the room.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

  • Please be aware that our game is a live event, so we have a strict refund policy, There is no refund within 24 hours before the game start and a 50% cancellation fee if the cancellation is made more than 24 hours but within 48 hour. However, we are happy to help you reschedule the game to another available time slot with no charge.

What should we wear when playing?

  • No special attire is required. We will provide attires for some of the games to help players better feel the tense of the game.

Is there a minimum or maximum team size?

  • 4 as a minimum and 10 as a maximum (14 for the Tomb of Empress), however we would recommend teams of 6-8 as these are the optimum numbers for the games and allow everyone to participate.

I would like to play with my colleagues as a team building exercise. Is it possible?

  • Yes, we welcome any team building activities as this is a great game to promote corroborative spirits.

What happens if I do not escape the room in the allotted time?

  • After the time is up, a game master will walk you through the puzzles that you missed.

Can we bring our cell phones/cameras inside the room?

  • No, we do not allow cell phones or cameras inside of the escape rooms in order to preserve the integrity of your experience.

How do I book EXITOLOGY ESCAPE ROOM?

  • Through our booking page, over the phone or simply come and see us. If you want to book game out of the regular hours, please make request and we will make arrangement for you. The off-hour booking won’t be applicable for any discount.
